What to Expect

Reservations
Please call (206) 782-2898 to reserve your appointments in advance or book online. In order to get your ideal day and time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Punctuality
We recommend that you show up 30 minutes prior to any appointment to relax, drink tea and breathe. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive at Habitude, we require that you contact us within seven days of the initial service date. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients and wish to promptly resolve any concerns with your service. Contact us at customerservice@habitude.com.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days accompanied by a Habitude receipt for product exchange or for store credit. No card or cash refunds.

Cell Phones
To maintain a peaceful environment for all we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting Habitude.

Children/Pets
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please find care for them before your appointment. You need a break too! We may need to reschedule your visit if you arrive with children or pets.

Underage Guests
In the Spa-    We do not allow spa services for children under 16. Age 16-18 are permitted with a signed parental consent form on file, which you can email to us PRIOR to the appointment.
In the Salon-  All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for salon services. At this time we do not offer any hair color or perm/texture services to guests under 18.

Cancellations/No Shows
Late cancellations and no shows for booked appointments greatly affect our teams income. Please remember that you must cancel or move your appointment 24 hours in advance. This goes for both phone reservations and on-line booking. Our cancellation/no show policy is a $50 fee for your missed appointment. We will be e-mailing you an invoice that you can easily pay on-line. Please note that 3 no shows may result in not being able to pre-book your next appointment. thank you for your support! 

Valuables
Habitude cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or carry them with you.

Service Fee
No Surprises! We have a 10% service fee on all services. Not only do we strive to provide amazing service, but we also take great pride in our incredibly talented team and believe they deserve both great benefits and fair wages. This fee helps to offset the new 2021 Seattle Living Wage requirements as well as the Seattle mandated Paid Sick and Safe Time. Adding this expense to the actual service prices would make it twice as expensive as this after service fee.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Habitude Gift cards for payments. We do not accept cash and have no cash or change in the locations.

Parking

Street parking is available on surrounding neighborhood streets at all locations.
