What to Expect

Reservations
Please call (206) 782-2898 to reserve your appointments in advance or book online. In order to get your ideal day and time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Punctuality
We recommend that you show up 30 minutes prior to any appointment to relax, drink tea and breathe. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive at Habitude, we require that you contact us within seven days of the initial service date. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients and wish to promptly resolve any concerns with your service. Contact us at customerservice@habitude.com.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days accompanied by a Habitude receipt for product exchange or for store credit. No card or cash refunds.

Cell Phones
To maintain a peaceful environment for all we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting Habitude.

Children/Pets
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please find care for them before your appointment. You need a break too! We may need to reschedule your visit if you arrive with children or pets.

Underage Guests
Ages 14-16 may enjoy express spa services but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests 16-18 are permitted with a signed parental consent form on file, which you can fill out here or email to us.

Cancellations/No Shows
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, we need to hear from you 24 hours in advance to avoid a service charge and/or reactivate your gift card. Repeated no-shows, cancellations and large groups may require credit card pre-payments to reserve time.

Valuables
Habitude cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or carry them with you.

Service Fee
No Surprises! As of January 1st 2021, our 6% service fee on Spa and Salon services has changed to 10%.  Not only do we strive to provide amazing service, but we also take great pride in our incredibly talented team and believe they deserve both great benefits and fair wages. This fee helps to offset the new 2021 Seattle Living Wage requirements as well as the Seattle mandated Paid Sick and Safe Time.

COVID NEED TO KNOWS 

  • Please arrive just on time and wait at the door for our wellness checks before you enter
  • Masks are to be worn for your entire visit, the only exception is during your actual facial or facial waxing
  • Our changing and locker rooms, showers and saunas are closed at this time
  • You will be fully draped with a cape for hair cut and color services
  • Please don’t wear your favorite masks or clothing accidents happen without smocks
  • We are not providing beverages or snacks at this time, please do not bring food or drinks with you
  • Please come alone, only guest with appointments or shopping the retail store are allowed to enter
  • We will no longer be accepting any cash and have no change in the building
  • Timing is essential with our new sanitation protocols, please be on time so we can complete your full appointment
  • Thank you for your support and understanding as we strive to keep everyone safe!

    Street parking is available on surrounding neighborhood streets at all locations.
