Massage Techs
Takes care of all of our guests' aches and pains, the great stress reducers! Required skills: people lover, endurance, team player, self promoter, teacher and listener.
Nail Techs
Takes care of all of the hands and feet at Habitude. Required skills: people lover, attention to detail, sanitation savvy, self promoter and listener.
Spa Guide
Maintains the seamless and effortless flow in the spa. Typically spa types in school or waiting for a coveted position on the team. Strategic thinker, people lover, sales expert, energy giver, self starter.
Spa Back
In charge of the beautification of Habitude and the smooth transition of linens. Required skills: a laundry wizard, clean freak, self starter and high self esteem.
Hair Team
Our hair team has been inter-nationally recognized in Modern Salon, Passion, Salon Today, and via our annual hair-art show "Habolution." We are a wild bunch of creative, hard-working artists who love what we do.

Stylist/Style Maker
Takes care of all of our guests' hair, color, product and texture desires. Required skills: people lover, artist, lifetime learner, teacher, listener, pride-taker and self-promoter.
New Talent
Supports the stylists, pampers the clients, and slurps up knowledge like a sponge. Required skills: people lover, eager to please, hard worker, observer, lifetime learner and artist.
Apprentice Team
Zoom through our 6-month program and be double-booked within a year. Education sponge, career oriented, thick skinned, flexible attitude, hard-working spirit.
Lead Team
Habitude is propelled by a remarkable team of leaders from each department. We oversee our group, make the decisions, hire, train and motivate, while flawlessly maintaining our own client base. Our team meets weekly to strategize and drive Habitude into the future.
General Manager
Leads the whole team effortlessly toward the vision and beyond. Required skills: staff management, experience and strong leadership skills, people lover, gossip silencer, accountability expert, mentor and people molder.
Spa Director
Responsible for spa facility, customers and spa staff in all locations. Focus on filling our resources, continuous improvement, goal achievement, inventory control, perfect presentation, and poised accountability, all while loving and amazing our customers and each other.

Customer Service Director

Financial Director
Secures the future of Habitude by maintaining impeccable financial control of the company. Required skills: bookkeeping and accounting experience, attention to detail, inventory control, protector of privacy, self starter, and multi-tasker.
Human Resources Director
Responsible for keeping the Habitude Resources filled with incredible talent. Tireless recruiting, inquisitive interviewing, benefits expert, meticulous record-keeper, all while loving and amazing our customers and each other.
Inventory Controller
Manage the inventory, merchandising and storage facilities for all locations. Strategic thinker, merchandising genius, vendor-relationship builder, deal seeker, strong back, detail lover, self starter.
Team Leads
Every team has a working lead either on the floor on in the treatment room or desk. The team leader in charge of all aspects of their group, goals, reviews, training, joys and concerns. Required skills: mastery in your field and a desire to sacrifice yourself to see others grow, high self esteem, technical wizard, teacher, example setter, vision seller, and achiever.
Hub Team
Our "Hub" is the front line of our business. We basically run the place—the telephones, the appointments, the banking, and the "schmoozing." We make our customer's day moment by moment.

Habitude Academy
Here at Habitude, we are pleased to offer an advanced educational program for talented new designers just entering our profession. Our half-year program consists of both intimate formal classes to polish skills and informal learning opportunities assisting our Elite Stylists in the salon. The process starts with your resume. We will review your experience and if your skill set matches our needs, you will be invited to audition, show us your stuff and you're on your way!
